Job summary

Stash Ventures LLC is seeking a Floor Lead to support both employees and customers in navigating cannabis compliance procedures, cash and debit sales, and daily store operations. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to educate staff on best options for customers.

You'll work full-time across a retail schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required to handle customer interactions and store operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are needed to address issues on the shop floor.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for clear guidance to staff and customers.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team.
• Maintain availability to work across the retail schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be present and on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Maintain CRA (Cannabis Regulatory Agency) compliance by following state and federal rules and regulations as they relate to cannabis sales in Michigan.
• Metrc trained.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Adapting to each employee's and customer's needs to provide a trusted transaction.
• Educate employees and customers to help them achieve their goals.
• Exceptional customer service and communication.
• Maintain awareness of all positions to ensure daily tasks are followed.
• Report daily issues to upper management.
