Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a customer-focused associate in Camp Hill to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on product benefits and potential side effects, and support purchases in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations.

You will provide empathetic service, maintain a clean workstation, process orders including deliveries when needed, and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues while ensuring compliance and privacy.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 in Pennsylvania (21 in most other locations).
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their cannabis journey and educate them about product benefits and potential side effects.
• Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and product knowledge.
• Assist managers with returns according to company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work with leadership to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Document customer issues in profiles.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Perform delivery duties when needed.
• Process online orders including deliveries within two hours.
