Job summary

Trulieve in Florida is seeking a Dispensary Associate - Part-Time to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them about products and effects, and provide exceptional customer service in our retail location. The role reports to the General Manager, requires a high school diploma and a minimum age of 21 (18+ in CT, PA, WV).

It offers up to 25 hours per week, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour and no remote work.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with diverse customers.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Assist customers with product selection and educate on benefits and side effects.
• Process patient orders and follow state regulations for dispensary transactions.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation and adhere to company policies.
• Work with leadership to resolve customer issues and improve the patient experience.
