Embarc is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Customer Experience Guide to join our Martinez cannabis retail team. You will engage customers on the sales floor, share product details, and help shoppers choose the right items while upholding brand standards.

This part-time role emphasizes compliance, community engagement, and teamwork. Base pay is $18.50 per hour, with tips averaging about $11.14 per hour and vary by shift and season. Experience with Treez POS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and compliance training provided.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor and recommend products based on needs.
• Deliver an educational customer experience in line with Embarc's brand standards.
• Promote products and loyalty programs to support sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor reflecting merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory tasks, labeling, pricing, and transfers.
• Follow policies and ensure compliance in store operations.
