Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a customer-service oriented team member for in-store roles, promoting a positive environment and ensuring policy compliance. You’ll greet customers, assist with store inquiries, process in-store and online orders, and share product knowledge to drive sales.

You’ll handle POS operations, cash handling, and maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards. A high school diploma or GED is required; previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders.
• Promote sales through engagement, suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Handle POS transactions, cash handling, safe audits and change drops.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and update signage and materials.
