Job summary

Trulieve in Florida is hiring a Dispensary Associate – Part-Time to guide customers through their cannabis purchases, educate on products, and deliver an exceptional experience while complying with state regulations.

Responsibilities include handling cash, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and providing empathetic service to patients. Flexible evenings, weekends, and up to 25 hours per week are available; pay is $14.00 per hour and tips may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• Must pass a comprehensive background check

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients about products and effects and provide empathetic service.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with returns and issue resolution as needed.
