The position requires 21+, background check for AZ Facility Agent Card, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a background check to obtain and maintain an Arizona Facility Agent Card.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Cannabis retail or education experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience and strong math skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a positive and professional manner in FOH.
• Provide outstanding customer service and process customer information/transactions.
• Handle cash and debit transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Assist in inventory audits and in-taking medicated products in BOH.
• Restock products and ensure compliance with COAs and standards.
• Maintain compliance and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Work with others across departments to support store operations.
