Job summary

Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower is seeking a Store Associate to support dispensary operations, FOH and BOH. You will deliver outstanding service, manage transactions, and help maintain inventory and compliance.

The role requires 21+ years old, a background check for Arizona Facility Agent card, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior retail and cannabis knowledge is preferred. Flexible schedules including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check to obtain Arizona Facility Agent card.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of retail and/or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Cannabis retail or education experience preferred.
• Product knowledge: cannabis consumption methods.
• Must handle cash and perform Math with accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a busy atmosphere.
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Process transactions accurately and enter customer information.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer while handling cash/debit transactions.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Stock and organize dispensary areas and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with all departments as part of a team environment.
• Assist in inventory audits and intake of medicated products.
• Ensure compliance with COAs and state regulations.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
