Story Cannabis is hiring Retail Associates for Forest Park and Cincinnati stores. You will greet customers, guide product selections, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The role blends customer service, education, and operational duties to meet daily store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID or passport required.
• Pre-employment background checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store with professionalism.
• Enter customer information accurately into our systems to verify eligibility.
• Complete sales per company SOP and process transactions.
• Provide exceptional service with strong product knowledge.
• Operate cash register and POS system; maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Stock, clean, and organize the retail space; collaborate with team.
• Conduct nightly inventory counts and support special projects.
