This full-time role includes weekend shifts, pays $16.00 per hour plus tips, and requires at least 21 years of age with strong customer service and POS experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Two years of direct customer service experience required.
• Retail experience a strong plus.
• Experience with Point-of-Sales systems.
• Understanding of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients to select medications and ensure correct recommendations.
• Ensure intake forms and records are completed and filed; enter information as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer care and promote positive relations with customers.
• Respond to calls or emails requesting product information or training.
• Manage patient records and update databases as needed.
• Fulfill customer orders and promote Cannabist products.
