Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will be the face of the brand, delivering top-tier service while helping customers explore cannabis products.

You’ll upsell, handle transactions, sign customers up for rewards, and maintain a welcoming, compliant store environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with 6+ months in customer-facing or sales roles and POS/Cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6 months experience using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and team members.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.

• Conflict resolution skills and staying calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide personalized product advice and recommen items to guests.
• Handle transactions at the register and sign guests up for rewards.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, and follow procedures and regulations.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized from floor to backroom.
• Support inventory tasks and fulfill online orders.
• Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge.
• Stay updated on promotions and product updates.
