Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer in California and Florida. This role performs daily retail tasks to ensure operations align with company goals.

You will manage the POS system, restock shelves, promote loyalty programs, and keep the store clean while delivering excellent customer service through product knowledge and teamwork. Ideal candidates have customer service experience in retail or hospitality, reliability, and flexibility to work diverse shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must be age 21+ to work in a dispensary per state law.
• Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment.
• Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
