Job summary

Eaze is seeking a retail associate in California/Florida to perform daily tasks, manage the POS system, restock shelves, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store cleanliness. You will ensure customer satisfaction through product knowledge and teamwork to deliver excellent service.

This role may support the fulfillment warehouse as needed. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and must be 21+ by state law to work in a dispensary.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail setting preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Must be 21+ to work in a cannabis dispensary per state law.
• Attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
• Open availability: store operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with evening and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily retail tasks to ensure operations align with company goals.
• Manage the POS system and cash handling.
• Restock shelves and merchandise; keep the store clean and organized.
• Promote sales and loyalty programs; provide excellent customer service.
