Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer in California and Florida. You will assist with daily retail tasks, manage the POS system, restock shelves, promote loyalty programs, and keep the store clean and organized. Your knowledge of products and teamwork will ensure excellent customer service for afast-paced environment.

This role supports a friendly team and requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by the business.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in any retail or hospitality setting is beneficial.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old to work in a dispensary per state law.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily retail tasks to ensure operations align with company goals.
• Manage the POS system, restock shelves, promote loyalty programs.
• Provide excellent customer service by staying knowledgeable about products and helping customers.
• Support the fulfillment warehouse if needed.
