Job summary

Eaze in Florida is hiring to maintain a positive, customer service oriented store environment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. You will deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in store through product knowledge.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in-store, on the phone, and processing online orders, + training on POS, cash handling, and safe audits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented environment in store.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and product knowledge.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements and training binders.
• Assist with inventory, receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and updated signage and pricing.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well-stocked.
• Maintain a positive attitude to foster a positive work environment.
