Nature's Herbs And Wellness in Colorado is hiring a full-time Retail Assistant Manager for the Ault location. You will oversee daily shift operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with MED regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have retail management experience and a willingness to handle cash, pricing, and POS duties. The role requires open availability, with shifts 9 AM–9 PM and overtime as needed; pay starts at $19/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Retail management experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the cannabis industry is a significant advantage.
• Must adhere to rules and SOPs in a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activity on shift and ensures breaks and lunches.
• Handles discounts and pricing issues in the POS system.
• Keeps store clean, organized and ready for customers during all shifts.
• Opens and counts cash drawers at start of day; balances at close.
• Closes the store and balances cash in drawer, safe, and ATM.
• Handles escalated customer service issues as needed.
• Ensures MED rules are followed at all times.
• Tracks cash moved between drawers and safe during the day.
• Counts and records all tips at shift end.
