Nature's of Ault is hiring a full-time Retail Assistant Manager for our Colorado store. You will oversee daily shift operations, manage discounts in the POS, keep the store clean, open/close procedures, balance cash, and handle escalated customer concerns while complying with MED rules.

Previous retail management and cannabis industry experience are major pluses. Excellent cash handling and customer service are essential.

• Closes the store, including balancing the cash in the drawer, safe, and ATM.
• Handles escalated customer service issues if they arise.
• Ensures all rules from the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) are followed at all times.
• Keeps track of cash moved between the drawers and safe during the day, including cash pays for supplies, etc.
• Counts and records all tips at the end of each shift, ensuring the Front Desk Receptionist receives their portion.

Come join the growing field of cannabis! We are searching for a full time Retail Assistant Manager at our Nature's of Ault location.
General Info:
Candidates with a current badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado will be given heavy preference.

This is a full-time position, with a typical schedule of 30+ hours per week across five shifts. Overtime may be available as needed. Open availability is essential, as the store operates daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, including holidays and weekends. The only day the store is closed is Christmas Day.

The ideal candidate will bring diverse experience in customer service, shift management, and cash handling. Previous retail management experience is highly desirable, and familiarity with the cannabis industry is a significant advantage. We seek someone with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with both customers and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment are essential. Given the highly regulated nature of our industry, adherence to rules, regulations, and established SOPs is crucial. High ethical standards are mandatory, as you will be responsible for handling both product and cash daily.

Pay - this position starts at $19/hour plus tips.
