Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Dickson City, PA. This onsite, full-time role leads daily retail operations, staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.

You will report to the Dispensary Store Manager and drive a positive patient experience. The position requires strong leadership, ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and excellent interaction with patients and team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management or hospitality beneficial.
• 2+ years in dispensary, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of cannabis and related products.
• Present a professional image in appearance and conduct.
• Ensure accuracy with cash handling.
• Adhere to city and state regulations.
• Maintain inventory and complete end-of-month counts and reconciliations.
• Receive deliveries and manage purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assist with store scheduling and staff training.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of service.
• Address customer concerns professionally.
• Evaluate competition and market trends.
• Pre-screen and develop a store team passionate about medical cannabis.
• Train staff and deliver material to support company initiatives.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and programs for customer service and safety.
