You’ll follow recipes, SOPs, and labeling standards, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain traceability records, and support continuous improvement. The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and reliable performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or inventory preferred.
• Able to work independently or in teams with initiative.
• Adaptable to policy, procedure, and technique changes.
• Maintains personal hygiene and follows GTI health guidelines.
• Strong listening and communication with diverse audiences.
• Able to perform monotonous tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
• Follow basic instructions and accept feedback.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities
