DreamFields is seeking a Cannabis Production Technician to Operate on-site at our Tempe, AZ facility, handling flower and oil, weighing, packing, labeling and ensuring compliance in a high-volume production environment.

You will work to hit cycle times on a fast-paced manual line, maintain health and safety standards, and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals. Must be 21+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to follow English instructions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Work in a high-volume manual production line and achieve individual and team goals.
