Green Thumb Industries in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking a Production Tech to help turn raw cannabis into our medicated product line. You will produce, package, and handle products, manage inventory, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in our facility.

The role emphasizes teamwork, precision, and energy as you follow recipes, SOPs, and quality standards to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in manufacturing, warehousing or inventory.
• Able to work well in a group and independently; self-motivated.
• Able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique.
• Pass background checks and comply with regulations for working in the industry.
• Cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals with safety and quality.
• Produce product per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality standards.
• Package product into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Ensure all standards for processing procedures and laboratory protocols are followed.
• Compliance with local and state regulations.
• Adherence to quality control methods throughout entire process.
• Documentation of manufacturing methods and maintaining records.
• Electronically convert packaged products in the state traceability system.
• Manage time efficiently to meet goals while producing quality product.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; practice good housekeeping.
• Exhibit competency in organizational and communication skills; basic Windows use.
• Use independent judgment regarding product processing while maintaining quality.
• Contribute to a positive environment with a proactive attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.
