Job summary

Mammoth Distribution in North Hollywood, CA is hiring full-time Production & Packaging Associates to join our cannabis production operation. You will work the production line, package orders, and help keep operations accurate and efficient.

No cannabis experience required—we provide training. The role requires 1+ year of production or general labor, a high school diploma, and reliable attendance Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of production, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English proficiency to follow instructions and coordinate with the team.
• Reliable, consistent attendance Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm; able to work overtime as needed.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude; punctual and dependable.
• Attention to detail and patience for repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work the production line with consistent speed and accuracy to meet daily quotas.
• Complete repetitive packaging tasks including box assembly, packing, and labeling.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards; follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Report safety hazards to management and attend required safety and training.
• Rotate into different departments as directed and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Identify ways to boost efficiency without compromising quality.
