Phat Panda in Spokane Valley, WA is hiring a Distillation Processor for its regulated cannabis manufacturing operations. You will support production of cannabis distillate, operate distillation equipment, and ensure procedures are followed with accuracy and safety.

Training is provided; prior cannabis experience is not required. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and opportunities for growth as part of a dedicated production team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience.
• No cannabis industry experience required; training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills, including spreadsheet use.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Measure, mix, and heat production materials according to specifications and procedures.
• Operate production equipment (tumblers, distillation) following training and safety rules.
• Monitor production processes and identify issues needing attention.
• Clean and maintain production equipment using approved methods.
• Prepare materials for testing and transfer to next production stage.
• Track material status and production activity for multiple jobs.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory data.
• Communicate production needs with team and managers.
• Support replenishment and inventory checks as directed.
• Meet production goals while ensuring quality and safety.
