Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple functional areas including trimming, grinding, packaging, labeling, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure associates are cross trained and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Meet production goals and maintain logs, inventories, and reports.
• Mentor Kitchen I & II Associates and assist training of new employees.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with state regulations.
