Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis trimming techniques and handling Cannabis products.
• Experience with quality assurance in cannabis processing.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow for 15–20 staff in post-harvest operations.
• Train staff on tasks and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with manager and trim tech to meet daily goals.
• Lead daily team huddles to outline tasks.
• Maintain clean work areas and perform room assessments.
• Track inventory levels and submit weekly supply orders.
• Provide regular reports to management and respond to emails promptly.
