Job summary

Insa is seeking a Production Lead in Florida to supervise multiple production areas, ensure SOP compliance, and mentor Kitchen I & II Associates. The role focuses on safety, training, and meeting production goals while maintaining logs and quality control.

Requires 1–3 years cannabis production experience and leadership familiarity. Responsibilities include labeling, packaging, inventory, and maintaining a compliant, efficient operation in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
• 1-3 years cannabis production experience required.
• 1 year experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, quality control, and recordkeeping preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production areas and ensure SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Mentor Kitchen I & II Associates and train new employees.
• Maintain production logs, inventories, documentation, and reports.
• Label items, SRPs, and batches accurately.
• Produce required quantity of products within timeframes and specs.
• Operate production machinery per instructions and intended use.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure uniformity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Champion a safe work environment by modeling safety procedures and PPE use.
