Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food production or similar manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machine safety and lockout/tagout practices.
• Detail-oriented with strict adherence to policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, loud and challenging environment.
• Exposure to plant material (pollen/dust) and related conditions.
• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel and perform repetitive actions for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process harvest flower material by hand and with the assistance of trimming and sorting machine.
• Operate trimming and sorting machine.
• Collaborate with sorting team to maximize efficiencies.
• Weigh and log material.
• Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality.
• Ensure machine is cleaned and sanitized between runs; maintain sanitary environment.
• Safely transport products to storage area.
• Ensure all functions meet high standards of quality and compliance.
• Contribute to other functions across the operation as demands change.
