Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Agent to handle harvest materials in a compliant, quality-focused environment. The role requires PPE adherence and careful handling of products through processing, testing, and logging steps.

Ideal candidates bring experience in food production or manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining sanitary conditions and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in food production or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing Harvest flower material.
• Grating and sorting processed material.
• Weighing and logging material.
• Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance including following PPE expectations.
