King City Gardens in Wilmington, OH, is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the processing team. You will manage batch production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to ensure accurate output and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires leadership experience in a production setting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with management to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory role with direct reports.
• 3+ years working in a production/assembly environment.
• 2+ years of experience in training or coaching.
• Experience in cannabis, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated production industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including personnel, workflows, and production goals.
• Supervise the formulation of cannabis flower and concentrate mixes per SOPs and proprietary methods.
• Oversee the creation of Kief batches and other processing operations to ensure consistency and quality.
• Coach, train, and hold employees accountable for meeting production quotas and quality standards.
• Track and report team and equipment efficiency, output, and underperformance to the Manager.
• Maintain accurate logs for inventory tracking and production reporting.
• Ensure PPE, GMP, sanitation, safety, and break schedule adherence.
