Job summary

Sweetspot Brands is seeking a hands-on Post-Production Technician to support harvest, trimming, drying, curing, and processing of cannabis products including pre-rolls and vapes. You will also handle packaging, labeling, and weigh finished goods while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The role requires cross-training across stages of post-production, teamwork across shifts, and a commitment to compliance with METRC and SOPs. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with strong odors.
• Basic math and computer skills for weighing product and recording data.

Responsibilities

• Harvest, trim, dry, cure cannabis and process flower for product lines.
• Operate pre-roll machine and grind/sift flower for pre-rolls and products.
• Package, label, and weigh finished goods for shipment or storage.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure seedless, pest-free products and report issues.
