About the Role: Post-Production Technician

The Post-Production Technician plays a vital role in the life cycle of our cannabis products-from harvest to finished pre-rolls, vapes, and packaged flower. Reporting to the Post-Production Supervisor, this hands‑on role covers trimming, drying, curing, flower processing, pre-roll and vape production, packaging, and labeling while ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards. Every technician is cross‑trained across each stage of post‑production, so you'll build skills across our full product line.

What You'll Do
Harvest & Trim
  • Support harvesting, drying, and curing operations.
  • Hand- and machine‑trim cannabis flower efficiently and with attention to quality during shifts of 8 hours or more (with ergonomic breaks and support provided), meeting daily metrics set by the Post-Production Supervisor.
  • Inspect, manicure, and weigh flower and plant byproducts for inventory tracking.
Production
  • Grind and sift flower for pre-rolls and ground flower products.
  • Operate the pre-roll machine to produce pre-rolls.
  • Fill and cap vape cartridges and disposables.
Packaging & Labeling
  • Weigh and package flower and finished products into assigned packages.
  • Edit, print, and verify product labels, and keep label printers stocked with labels and ink.
  • Pack orders for shipment, storage, or delivery to retail.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Conduct quality control checks for a clean, seedless, pest and pathogen free product, and report any mold, mildew, pests, or other issues to the Post-Production Supervisor or General Manager.
  • Handle and track METRC tags on plants and packaged items, and record weights at every stage of processing.
  • Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and PPE requirements; keep work areas sanitized and participate in general facility cleaning (kitchen, break room, restrooms).
  • Dispose of plant and general waste following state regulations, and assist the Cultivation team as needed.
Requirements
What You Bring
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand motions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a physically active, fast‑paced production environment with strong odors and plant material.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to stay focused and motivated during repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to assist across teams and departments when needed.
  • Basic math and computer skills for weighing product, recording data, and printing labels.
Nice to Have
  • Prior cannabis industry experience, especially trimming, pre-roll, or vape production.
  • Experience with METRC or another seed‑to‑sale tracking system.
  • Understanding of sanitation and safety compliance, or experience in manufacturing, food production, or packaging.
Perks & Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Sick leave and bereavement support
  • Parental leave
  • Short‑term disability
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • A supportive team and the opportunity to grow in a fast‑evolving industry

More details about our benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
