Job summary

Sweetspot Dispensary in Warwick, RI seeks a detail-oriented Post-Production Technician to support harvest through packaging and labeling within a compliant, fast-paced production environment.

You will follow SOPs, track weights, manage METRC tags, and assist the Cultivation and Product & Processing teams while maintaining clean, safe work areas and adhering to all state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support post-production activities: harvesting, drying, curing, trimming, packaging, labeling.
• Maintain clean, safe, compliant work areas per Sweetspot protocols.
• Ensure PPE compliance across areas.
• Follow SOPs and training guidance to complete tasks efficiently.
• Track weights and monitor METRC tags for regulatory compliance.
• Assist Cultivation and Product & Processing teams as needed.
