iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Post-Harvest Technician for our Warwick, NY facility. You will perform trimming, quality checks, monitor plant health, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines throughout production.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, heavily regulated environment, with possible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in a dispensary and cultivation setting.

Qualifications

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older (18 in NY).
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn state-specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
• Reliability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform cultivation activities, including planting, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
• Coordinate waste disposal after completion of each order according to the established policies and procedures and ensure it is properly stored.
• Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions to ensure plant health and maximize yield.
• Participate in the harvesting process by trimming and processing harvested plants following established protocols.
• Operate and maintain cultivation equipment, ensuring proper functionality and promptly addressing any issues.
• Follow SOPs and sanitation regulations to maintain consistency and compliance.
