Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve plant health issues effectively.
• Willingness to work in compliance with strict security and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Harvest, trim, and prepare cannabis flowers, preserving main colas and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in trimming areas to meet health and safety standards.
• Dry and cure cannabis plants to achieve desired moisture and flavor.
• Conduct quality control inspections to remove damaged or unhealthy plants.
• Collaborate with cultivation to ensure smooth transition from cultivation to post-harvest.
• Package trimmed cannabis with proper labeling and compliance.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning for safe operations.
• Document post-harvest activities for records and reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
