Job summary

Tri-Mountain Pure, DBA Garden Club PA, seeks a Post-Harvest Technician to support operations after harvest in a PA-licensed facility. You will trim, dry, cure, weigh, and package product while upholding tight quality control, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, safety adherence, and the ability to maintain product quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements to work in cannabis industry (background check).

Responsibilities

Assist in cutting, transporting, and handling cannabis plants for drying and curing.
Perform wet and dry trimming to prepare flower for processing.
Post-harvest cleaning of grow-rooms; maintain GMP-compliant workspace.
Monitor and maintain drying and curing environments as per company specs.
Accurately weigh, label, and package cannabis flower and products.
Identify issues and communicate to the Manager; coordinate with cultivation, extraction, and packaging teams.
Inspect harvested material for pests, mold, or other issues.
Other duties as assigned.
