Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Post-Harvest Technician I for our Lee, FL facility. This non-exempt, hourly role participates in drying, curing, and trimming within a production-scale medical cannabis environment.

You will support intake, data recording, and quality checks while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The position emphasizes teamwork across departments and requires a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background screening is required.
• Strong cannabis handling knowledge: drying, curing, trimming.
• Ability to work hands-on with cannabis plant material daily.
• Flexible to work in production department as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with other departments.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Excellent time management to drive efficiency and quality.
• Must comply with legal and company regulations.
• Valid Driver's License or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all steps of the post-harvest process including intake, drying, curing, and trimming.
• Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system.
• Document testing results through reports and logs.
• Input data into the company database.
• Ensure all product is accounted for according to policy and procedures.
• Continuous quality control as product moves through the process.
• Maintain and operate equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain a positive, safe and clean environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
