Responsibilities

• Assist Packaging Team to meet production demands and quality expectations.
• Box and label packaged goods for all SKUs.
• Prepare packaged goods for sale/distribution to customers.
• Package cannabis products and manufacture pre-rolled joints.
• Weight products, sort buds, and maintain counts.
• Clean all equipment and work areas; follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.

Cannabis Production & Packaging Team Member

Company Overview VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking new Cannabis Production & Packaging Team Members at our facility located in St. Louis, MO.

VIBE Cannabis currently operates cannabis cultivation and manufacturing licenses in Missouri and won startup of the year in 2022! This is your chance to join and build something amazing in an exploding industry that everyone is trying to enter!

Position Summary/Objective

The Cannabis Production & Packaging Team Member will work with the Production & Packaging Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the Packaging Department to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well-groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.

Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

• Responsible for helping the Packaging Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.
• Duties included, but are not limited to
  • Boxing packaged goods of all SKUs
  • Labeling packaged goods of all SKUs
  • Preparing packaged goods for sale / distribution to our customers
  • Packaging flower, joints, and other cannabis products
  • Manufacturing Pre Rolled Joints
  • Weighing product & sorting buds
  • Maintain accurate counts during packaging
  • Cleaning all equipment
  • Cleaning all work areas; including moping and sweeping floors
• Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process.
• Maintain best agricultural & manufacturing practices.
• Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.

• High School Diploma
• Able to work in loud areas.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
• Able to work in low oxygen areas.
• Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
• Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.
• At least 21 years of age
• Willing to participate in an extensive background check.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Computer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
