Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Strong counting ability.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Willing to undergo background check.

Responsibilities

• Package post-harvest products accurately per standards and MMCP regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Prepare batches and entry into METRC with accuracy.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist across post-harvest and processing packaging as needed.
• Report issues promptly to supervision.
