iAnthus Capital Management seeks a Post-Harvest Lead at its Citiva manufacturing facility in Warwick, NY. You will oversee cultivation and harvesting workflows, ensure compliance, and coordinate with the Production and Facility Manager to optimize productivity.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced regulated environment. Starting pay is $25/hour, with responsibilities spanning record-keeping, inventory audits, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years of age or older (18 in NY).
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively.
• Reliability is a must.
• Meticulous organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Computer-savvy, with a knack for quickly mastering new software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cultivation activities including planting, pruning, and transplanting cannabis plants.
• Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions to maximize yield.
• Participate in harvesting by trimming and processing harvested plants.
• Operate and maintain cultivation equipment and address issues.
• Review daily orders and coordinate inventory with Production/Facility Manager.
• Ensure products are stored, labeled, and recorded in Viridian Sciences POS system.
• Maintain records and audit control documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections to troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Follow SOPs to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cultivation and production teams for efficient workflows.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before proceeding in production.
• Maintain cleaning schedules to uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Review shift information and training updates in the Communication Binder.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in performance evaluations.
