Job summary

You will greet customers, explain cannabis products and their usage as wellness options, ensure accurate online order processing, and remain compliant with state and local laws while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and compliant with background checks and state badges.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application.
• Learn and understand laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport in a friendly manner.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as wellness options.
• Assist with online orders and ensure accuracy at pick-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Process transactions at the POS and support inventory control.
• Stay compliant with local and state regulations.
