Job summary

The Cannabist Company is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to guide patients and provide exceptional customer care at our Denver-area dispensary. You will work closely with leadership and report to the Store Manager and Lead Associates, handling intake, data entry, and product inquiries.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in retail with POS experience, strong communication in English, and a MED badge. The role involves standing, lifting up to 10 pounds, and weekend shifts to support store

Qualifications

Passionate about retail operations, compliance and inventory control.
Excellent and effective consulting skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
MED badge required.

Responsibilities

Ensures intake forms and paperwork are completed and filed; enters data into company databases.
Confirms patient purchase limits before consultation and dispensary.
Provide exceptional customer care and maintain positive relations.
Respond to calls or emails requesting product, training, information.
Manage patient records in state and company databases.
Maintain and update databases as needed.
