Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail operation, POS systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be passionate about handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance and inventory control.
• Excellent and effective consulting skills; outstanding written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensures intake forms and paperwork are completed and filed; enters data in company databases.
• Confirms patient purchase limits before consultation and dispensary entry.
• Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and information.
• Manage patient records using state and company databases.
• Maintain and update databases as needed.
• Fulfill customer orders and promote all products.
• Build and maintain integrity and trust for specific products.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds; communicate with coworkers and customers.
