Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in packaging and inventory a plus.
• Experience with inventory software and Excel a plus.
• Must have strong work ethic and be a team player.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime a plus.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Must adhere to MA. CCC hiring guidelines

Responsibilities

• Weigh, package, and label cannabis products accurately.
• Maintain forms and database for weight and counts.
• Prepare boxes and shipping containers for storage and shipping.
• Operate automated packaging machinery.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits of supplies.
• Communicate issues to the Lead Machine Operator.
