Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Packaging Specialist to support on-site packaging of cannabis products in a regulated facility. You will weigh, pack, seal, label, and QA samples while maintaining safety and SOPs.

This role requires 1-3 years of related experience, ability to stand for long periods, and a teamwork mindset in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Work environment includes temperature and humidity changes; training provided for equipment and compliance with state cannabis

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25 lb.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Operate packaging equipment safely (flow wrap, labelers, heat sealers).
• Collect QA samples for testing.
• Transport finished products to the vault.
• Document activity in track and trace system.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and SOP compliance.
• Support cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
