Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Packaging Technician in Parma, OH to ensure safe and accurate packaging and labeling of cannabis products. You will work in a team, maintain product integrity from processing to customers, and support production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in cannabis or packaging. Candidates must pass background checks and be able to work nights or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate filling, packaging and labeling of all products.
• Follows cGMP to ensure safety and efficacy of all products.
• Ensures daily production schedule and goals are met.
• Maintains cleanliness of packaging equipment and sanitation practices.
• Documents line inefficiencies and downtime; works with others to resolve them.
• Coordinates with Quality Assurance to ensure process parameters and testing meet requirements.
• Ensures timely completion of production and quality records.
• Fosters a positive work environment and curiosity for “everything cannabis”.
