Job summary

Bud's Goods of New Jersey is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our award-winning team. The primary role is to package and label dried flower, fill and package pre-rolls, and portion concentrates and oils per work orders using high-tech packaging equipment.

This full-time position is based in Linden, New Jersey, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We emphasize safety, provide PPE, maintain clean facilities, and operate a GMP-compliant packaging lab.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in packaging or inventory-related role.
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical packaging equipment.
• Basic math skills; familiarity with Excel and email.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging duties for the work orders in the packaging lab.
• Coordinate batch inventory and materials with the Packaging Manager.
• Operate packaging equipment to sort, package, and label cannabis products.
• Print and apply labels; ensure accurate case packing for storage and shipment.
• Record steps and validate equipment readings for consistency.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP compliance; participate in safety programs.
