Job summary

Savvyherb is seeking a Packaging Specialist to accurately weigh, package, seal, and label cannabis products for shipment from our Florida facility. You will operate packaging equipment and help ensure product quality, while following SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The role involves standing most of the day, lifting up to 25 lb, and collaborating with cultivation and production teams to meet daily goals. Prior packaging experience is preferred, with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a related position.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn about and operate facility equipment safely.
• Must manage time efficiently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Safely operate packaging equipment (flow wrap, labeling, heat-sealing).
• Collect samples for QA testing as needed.
• Transport finished products to the vault.
• Maintain quality control in line with laws and SOPs.
• Keep work areas clean and safe, assisting other teams as needed.
