Job summary

Curaleaf Ravena, NY is seeking a Production Technician to join our packaging and labeling team at our cultivation and manufacturing centers. You will handle finishing goods including packaged products, dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, and infused items, ensuring quality control and adherence to SOPs.

You'll stage materials, perform QA checks, reduce waste through teamwork, and maintain a clean, compliant production environment while following OSHA requirements and state labeling rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum.
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and procedures.
• Effective communication in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Stage product and packaging supplies across production lines to meet daily schedule.
• Perform quality assurance checks per Curaleaf procedures.
• Increase productivity and reduce waste through teamwork and communication.
• Conduct in-process and post-process quality inspections to meet specifications.
• Ensure proper labeling in compliance with state regulations and data recording.
