Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years cannabis or regulated packaging experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of state cannabis labeling requirements.
• Ability to manage bulk inventory and reconcile shrinkage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily packaging runs for flower SKUs (various weights).
• Manage bulk flower inventory: receive from Harvest, allocate to packaging runs, reconcile balances daily.
• Verify packaging artwork, labels, and lot codes match approved specs before each run.
• Oversee state-compliant labeling: warnings, batch numbers, cannabinoid content, expiration.
• Direct 4-6 packaging production technicians; assign and balance workload.
• Maintain packaging room sanitation and equipment per SOP.
• Manage packaging material inventory (jars, bags, exit bags, labels); reorder per par levels.
• Track packaging KPIs: units per labor hour, defect rate, label error rate.
