Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Phoenix is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Associate to accurately weigh, package, and label cannabis flower and pre-rolls. You will help maintain inventory integrity and ensure product quality through careful QC checks.

In this fast-paced role, you will meet daily production quotas, follow directions precisely, and assist with other duties as needed while complying with Arizona health regulations. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Arizona Department of Health Services Facility Agent (FA) card required.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Previous packaging, production, or cannabis industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately package and label cannabis flower and pre-rolls by weight.
• Maintain high levels of quality and consistency while packaging.
• Track and record accurate inventory counts.
• Perform quality control checks, discarding defective products as needed.
• Notify management of low inventory and assist with inventory counts.
• Assist or cross-train in other areas when needed.
• Comply with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations to ensure compliance and product integrity.
• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining product quality.
